We don\u2019t cut corners. We never use powdered eggs or substitutes. Our little \u201csuperpower\u201d is simple: fresh eggs, cracked by hand just before baking. This gives our pastries their beautiful flavour and that soft, fluffy texture that can\u2019t be achieved any other way. The freshness of the eggs also improves the structure of the dough, making the pastries lighter, more delicate and wonderfully golden, pleasing both the eyes and the taste buds.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong> wheat flour, sugar, margarine, yeast, twar\u00f3g (similar to ricotta or farmer\u2019s cheese), eggs, salt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Allergens:<\/strong> gluten, eggs, dairy.<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"PL\">Our products are made in a small, artisan bakery and may contain<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>traces of<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, nuts and other potential allergens.
