What makes our bakery special: We are proud that every single cheesecake pastry we bake is made using only real, high-quality eggs. We don’t cut corners. We never use powdered eggs or substitutes. Our little “superpower” is simple: fresh eggs, cracked by hand just before baking. This gives our pastries their beautiful flavour and that soft, fluffy texture that can’t be achieved any other way. The freshness of the eggs also improves the structure of the dough, making the pastries lighter, more delicate and wonderfully golden, pleasing both the eyes and the taste buds.
