Information about our cooking oil
Our doughnuts are fried in vegetable palm oil, chosen for its high smoke point and stability during frying. This oil is entirely plant-based and contains no animal-derived ingredients, which means it is suitable for people following a vegan or vegetarian diet, as well as for those observing certain religious dietary practices.
