Our bajaderka is a unique Polish dessert with a rich flavour and a bit of history behind it. Unlike the small truffle-style versions you sometimes see, ours are slightly larger, making them more generous and wonderfully satisfying. They are made from a blend of different cakes such as sponge or gingerbread, mixed together with chocolate, butter, cocoa and a touch of alcohol, most often rum. This hint of rum adds depth and warmth, perfectly complementing the chocolate and nutty notes running through each bite.

Each bajaderka is carefully shaped and then coated in chocolate, creating a smooth, glossy shell. On top, we sprinkle finely chopped nuts that add a gentle crunch and enrich the overall flavour.
