One of the things that makes our bakery special is what we choose not to do. We don’t use powdered eggs, mixes or shortcuts. We use only real, high-quality eggs, cracked fresh in our bakery right before we start making the dough. That’s why our doughnuts taste richer, feel lighter and stay beautifully fluffy inside. The fresh eggs give the dough a better structure and that lovely golden colour that invites you in before you even take the first bite.
