Our cream nest is a special dessert made from a traditional Spanish-style doughnut, often known as a “rosquilla” or churro-style doughnut. The dough is light and airy, fried until golden, then carefully sliced and filled with our homemade vanilla cream, prepared from scratch using high-quality ingredients. The way we make the cream gives it a silky, velvety texture and a beautifully refined flavour, turning this simple pastry into something truly indulgent.

Each doughnut is finished with a layer of glaze that adds gentle sweetness and works beautifully with the light pastry and creamy filling. To enhance both the flavour and the look, we add a light sprinkle of chocolate on top. It gives the dessert a touch of decoration and a lovely extra note of taste. These pastries are perfect for family gatherings, elegant parties, or simply as a delicious treat alongside a cup of coffee.
