Our zapiekanka is a true Polish classic with a modern twist. Served on a long, crispy baguette, it brings together a beautiful mix of flavours that work perfectly together. The base is a mild Mexican-style sauce that adds character and aroma without any heat. On top, we add fresh, juicy mushrooms which bake into a wonderfully savoury, slightly crispy topping. Simple, light and satisfying, this Polish street-food favourite is perfect as a quick snack, lunch or something tasty to share.
