Each brand operates under the same trading, refund and delivery rules established by Polish Craft & Artisanship Ltd.
2. Products & Production
All products are crafted in small batches by artisan producers.
Natural variations in size, texture, colour and weight may occur.
We prioritise:

Fresh batch preparation
Genuine ingredients
Traditional methods
This means product availability may vary and seasonal changes may occur.
3. Allergens & Ingredients
Allergen information is provided on:

Packaging labels
As our products are produced in artisan environments, traces of allergens may be present.
Customers are responsible for reviewing allergen information before purchasing.
We cannot accept claims arising from allergens that have been clearly declared.
If you are unsure, please contact us before placing your order.
4. Storage, Shelf Life & Handling
Responsibility for proper storage begins immediately upon delivery.
Some products, including:
Smoked meats
Fresh bread
Honey
Gluten-free products
Brewed beverages
may require refrigeration or storage according to the instructions provided.
We are not responsible for spoilage caused by:
Incorrect storage
Delayed refrigeration
Improper handling
Please follow all storage instructions supplied with the product.
5. Delivery & Delays
We always aim to deliver on the selected delivery date.
However, delays may occasionally occur due to:
Traffic
Weather conditions
Courier disruption
Production timing
Force majeure events
Where delays occur outside our reasonable control, Polish Craft & Artisanship Ltd shall not be liable for compensation.
6. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to fulfil our obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
Extreme weather
Road closures
Vehicle breakdown
Raw material shortages
Industrial action
Customs delays
Border controls
Government restrictions
Pandemics
Where possible, we will keep customers informed and offer suitable alternatives.
7. Product Substitutions
If an item becomes unavailable because of production delays, seasonal availability or food safety reasons, we may offer a substitute of equal or greater value.
Where practical, we will notify you before dispatch.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to amend or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once preparation has started, including baking, smoking, brewing, packaging or dispatch, cancellation may no longer be possible.
9. Refunds, Missing Items & Product Concerns
Refunds and replacements are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
Claim Time Limits
Missing or incorrect items: within 24 hours
Quality concerns: within 48 hours
After these time limits, claims may no longer be accepted.
Approved resolutions may include:
Full refund
Partial refund
Replacement
Store credit
Each case is assessed individually.
10. Alcohol Sales (Pierwszy i Ostatni Brewery)
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase alcoholic products.
We reserve the right to request proof of age.
If suitable identification cannot be provided, delivery may be refused without refund.
We accept no responsibility for:
Misuse of products
Resale to minors
Unlawful consumption
11. Event Services (9 Brama)
For event bookings, catering or festival services:
Dates are subject to availability.
Deposits may be required.
Weather conditions or venue policies may affect the service.
Separate Event Terms may apply.

14. Limitation of Liability
