Beetroot Soup - approx. 500 ml

Beetroot soup is one of the most recognisable dishes in Polish cuisine - rich in flavour, aromatic, and beautiful in its natural deep red colour. Made with beetroot, vegetables, garlic, spices, and a gentle acidity, it has that distinctive taste that immediately brings to mind home cooking, festive meals, and food made without rushing.

In our version, it’s prepared in the spirit of proper homemade cooking - simple, honest, and full of natural flavour. It’s not overcomplicated, just made so you can clearly taste the beetroot, vegetable stock, marjoram, and that light tangy note that balances the natural sweetness. It’s excellent on its own, but also pairs perfectly with croquettes, pastries, dumplings, or potatoes.

Ingredients: beetroot, vegetable stock, garlic, onion, spices, vinegar / lemon juice
