Traditional Raw White Sausage

Traditional Raw White Sausage is one of the most recognisable classic Polish sausages, prepared according to traditional recipes passed down through generations. It is made from high quality pork with the right balance of meat and fat, allowing it to remain juicy, tender and full of natural flavour after cooking. The meat is coarsely ground and seasoned with a traditional blend of spices that gives the sausage its distinctive aroma and authentic homemade character.

The most characteristic elements of White Sausage are the clearly noticeable garlic and marjoram, which have formed the foundation of its traditional flavour for decades. Unlike smoked sausages, this product is not smoked, which allows it to keep its lighter colour and more delicate flavour profile. It is perfect boiled, roasted, pan fried or grilled. White Sausage is a traditional favourite on many Easter tables, but it is equally enjoyable all year round served with horseradish, mustard, fresh bread or added to traditional soups and homemade dishes.

Weight: the weight may vary by approximately ±5-10%, as all of our products are handmade and every piece naturally comes out slightly different. However, we always make sure the final package works out in favour of you, our customers.

Packaging and Transport: for individual sausage orders, we pack products in insulated thermal bags with small cooling inserts. For larger orders, we use professional thermal boxes together with gel ice packs to help maintain the correct temperature during transport. In both cases, the products can safely remain in transit for up to two days without losing their quality or freshness.
