Traditional Smoked Country Sausage is one of those classic Polish sausages that immediately brings to mind old fashioned butcheries, wooden smokehouses and proper homemade flavour prepared the traditional way. Made from carefully selected pork with the right amount of fat, it remains juicy, rich in flavour and pleasantly firm in texture. This is a traditional artisan product created using time tested recipes where the focus stays on quality meat, natural seasoning and authentic taste.
The character of this sausage comes from its simplicity and perfectly balanced seasoning. Garlic, black pepper, marjoram and a subtle touch of mustard create the familiar countryside flavour that pairs beautifully with fresh bread as well as hot dishes. Natural wood smoking gives the sausage its deep aroma and darker colour typical of traditional Polish smoked meats. It works perfectly served cold, grilled, pan fried or added to hearty homemade meals.
Weight: the weight may vary by approximately ±5-10%, as all of our products are handmade and every piece naturally comes out slightly different. However, we always make sure the final package works out in favour of you, our customers.

Despite maintaining the highest standards of preparation and hygiene, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of cross contamination with allergens. Packaging and Transport: for individual sausage orders, we pack products in insulated thermal bags with small cooling inserts. For larger orders, we use professional thermal boxes together with gel ice packs to help maintain the correct temperature during transport. In both cases, the products can safely remain in transit for up to two days without losing their quality or freshness.
