Beans with Sausage and Bacon - approx. 450 g

This is a one-pot dish with more character than many full meals. White beans slowly soften in a rich tomato sauce, while sausage and bacon release their smoky flavour. Onion, garlic, marjoram, and paprika bring everything together into something that smells like a warm kitchen on a cold day - hearty, comforting, and unmistakably Polish.

In our version, it’s meant to be thick, rich, and full of flavour. This is not a light sauce with a few beans - it’s a proper portion of homemade food that really fills you up. The tomato base brings a gentle sweet and tangy balance, the smoked meat adds depth, and the marjoram ties it all together into that familiar, traditional aroma. Best enjoyed with a slice of bread, but just as good on its own - straight from the bowl, no extras needed.
