Croquette with Mushrooms - approx. 450 g

A mushroom croquette sits somewhere between a simple meal and a small reward after a long day. A thin pancake, a well-seasoned mushroom filling, a golden breadcrumb coating, and that moment when reheated it turns crispy on the outside while staying soft, aromatic, and comfortingly homemade inside.

In our version, we focus on a filling made from mushrooms slowly cooked with onion until they release their moisture and develop a deeper, slightly earthy flavour. It’s then wrapped in a pancake, coated in breadcrumbs, and fried to create a crisp outer layer while keeping its shape. It pairs perfectly with beetroot soup, but works just as well on its own - with a fresh salad, garlic sauce, or simply served warm straight from the plate.
